• Processing and shipping orders will be done from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• The normal delivery time excludes any extra time that may be required for clearance by the Customs & Excise in your country for products that arrive from our offshore warehouse. Delays caused by the Customs & Excise clearance in your country of residence are beyond our control
